Welcome to Managing Migraines

Managing Migraines is a book, recently published by first-time author, fellow migraine sufferer and professional pharmacist, Claire Houlding.

This book is unlike any others on the shelves, as it does not champion any one particular treatment or remedy for migraines over and above another. Migraine sufferers are unique, with individual needs, varying trigger factors, different types of migraines, numerous lifestyle differences and temperaments. Due to the large number of variables for any one sufferer, there are many different treatment regimens available- not everything will work for every sufferer and yet there is something out there for everyone!

This book contains a wide variety of alternatives ... something to suit each individual migraineur! The treatments span medicines, complementary remedies (such as vitamins and minerals) and alternative cures (including homeopathy, massage, acupuncture and many more). All that remains, is to identify what will treat your own migraines most successfully. You no longer have to live in pain and desperation, not knowing where else to turn. The answers lie in this objectively written book.
